To avoid disappointment we recommend that you book in advance for all your treatments.
Please inform us when booking of any ill health or medical conditions,
allergies or medication to enable the receptionist
to check with the therapist the most appropriate treatments for you.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment
as this will allow you time to have a drink and relax before your treatment.
If you are late it may mean that your treatment is reduced or unable to be honoured.
We may require a 50% deposit to secure an appointment. This is not refundable.

Deposits are required for some of the work we do as this takes time from our other clients,
and if a client does not adhere to cancellation times stated, it can cost the salon up to 3 hours or more in time and money for some treatments, if the client does not
verify cancellation within time. 24hours for non chemical and 48hour for chemicals 72 hours for hair extensions.
